At Hazelbury Primary School, we pride ourselves on the quality of our school meals, providing nutritious, healthy food served in an environment that promotes social interaction.

Since September 2014, all children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 have been offered a free school meal at no cost to parents/carers (for details, see the document below).

Following the government's announcement, as of Monday 4th September 2023, all school meals from Reception to Year 6 continue to be free.

Medical Diet Menus

Our new caterers have provided parents with a guide which aims to ensure that children with diagnosed allergies and intolerances are supported and receive a tasty, nutritious, and safe meal. The nutrition and catering teams will work together and follow a robust process, so you can feel reassured that whenever safely possible, an alternative menu will be provided for your child.
