    Hazelbury are fast becoming sporting legends!

    On Tuesday 8th November Hazelbury were hosts for the ‘make your own fixture’ cluster league. We invited Bowes and Houndsfield to compete in the football league and were delighted when Hazelbury won their game 7-0. Congratulations everyone!

    Hazelbury took part in the EFL Barnet Football Cup on Thursday 10th November and did a fantastic job in reaching the final. Unfortunately, they lost this game 1- 0, however maintained their usual team sportsmanship and accepted a gracious defeat.

    At the second Cross Country Championships on Friday 11th November, our two teams were fantastic! The boys came second overall and the girls, third. A special mention to Angel who came 3rd in the individual standings.

    Hazelbury Girls Football Team hosted the Knockout Cup against Brimsdown on Monday 14th November. It was a tough game against a strong and physical side. However the girls battled well and ended victorious with a 2- 0 win – fantastic effort girls!

    Our increasingly successful boys football team played in the ESFA Grand Final on Tuesday 15th November. They were again narrowly beaten 1- 0 but it was a tremendous achievement to make the final.

    The girl’s football team competed on Wednesday 16th November in the ESFA Football Tournament. They did really well, finishing second in their group by a goal difference of only 1!
