Our Hazelbury MPs attended WE Day to learn about the difference that children can make in the world!
Children from our Hazelbury Parliament had the opportunity to visit Wembley and join in on the national WE day event. This event was designed to inspire young people to make a difference in the world. What inspired us was that we got to see the founders of WE day and how they managed to create such a huge organisation that believes that just because we are children it doesn’t mean we can’t make a difference. In the end this taught us that no matter what size, age, or skin colour, you can always make a difference. The WE day experience was absolutely brilliant because you get told about how you can make a difference not only to your life but also to others. We were fortunate to also have celebrities at the event that shared their life experiences with us. We got to see many acts perform such as Pixie Lott, Liam Payne and we also got to see the Duchess of Sussex Meghan and Prince Harry.
