Children at Hazelbury learnt all about road safety.
For Road Safety Week, the whole school enjoyed an assembly about how to stay safe when travelling to and from school. Sally, a Community Safety Officer from Enfield Council, came in to speak to all of the children about using the Green Cross Code, wearing a seatbelt, using car seats and the importance of wearing bright clothing. Khadijah from Lily class said, "it was an important assembly because we learnt the Green Cross Code. You have to stop look and listen before you cross the road!"
