This week Da Vinci children visited The Latymer School for a science presentation on ‘Atmospheric Chemistry of Perfume’. The workshop was lead by a scientist called Dr. Tim Harrison, who came from the University of Bristol. Children learnt about gases and had the opportunity to watch live experiments, including the occasional explosion!

Year 1 have been finding out about the different flowers and trees that are planted in our allotment and gardens. They used magnifying glasses to look closely at them- discussing their observations with the class.
